Toki uses this to move short distances [the farther the user travels, the more chakra is depleted], usually for quick escapes.

» Like an electric eel, Tokiya discharges strong electric chakra, willing it towards a target. The target, if touched by the chakra, will be paralyzed. The pain said to have come from this technique is so mighty that it can force the target to their knees, as if sentenced to the guillotine.
» Tokiya can use this technique to affect any number of people. However, to do so, he must divide his chakra by the number of people there, as a result, diminishing the effectiveness of his jutsu. Using this technique will drain Tokiya of his chakra very quickly, seeing as how he has to provide a steady supply in order to keep his opponent down.

» Tokiya gathers his chakra and molds it into visible lightning. It takes on a shape like a long bull-whip and is commonly used to combat long-distance users. As if like an animal tamer, Tokiya uses this technique mainly to fend off attacks and to manipulate the field to his advantage by forcing enemies to keep their distance around him.
» However, since this requires intense concentration, Tokiya has to remain in that spot. If he breaks concentration, the jutsu will back-fire and he may be paralyzed as a result.
